Shipping, Returns & Refunds
- Merchandise must be postmarked and shipped back within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Returned shipment must contain original packing slip/invoice.
- Merchandise must be brought to store within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You must provide original packing slip/invoice as proof of purchase.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.
- Any merchandise discounted, on sale, or marked Final Sale may not be returned.
- Items in the following categories may not be returned: Intimates, Jewelry, Belts, Hats, Scarves, Handbags, and Beauty Products.
- The customer is responsible for any shipping fees incurred when returning merchandise.
- If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Shag immediately at (516)-484-3133 to request a pre-paid shipping label.
- Shag New York operates on a store-credit only policy. In the case of damaged or incorrect items, refunds can be given.
- SHAG offers free domestic shipping for all orders over $100. U.S. only.
- All domestic packages are shipped via US Postal Service. USPS determines the shipping cost based on weight and zip code. Below are the current options available:
- Priority: Small Box 2-3 days $12.35
- Priority: Medium Box 2-3 days $16.85
- Express: 1-2 business days $39.95
- FEDEX Next Day PM express $49.95
- International Express: US Postal Service 6-10 days $59.95
- Note: Please allow up to 24-48 business hours for processing. Expedited not available for Saturday delivery.
- Why was my order/item cancelled?
- The item you ordered was either out of stock due to an inventory error or unforeseen delay by manufacturers. If indeed the item you ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours. If you ordered more than one item, your other item will be shipped and the item that is out of stock will be cancelled off your order.
- Why was my order/item backordered?
- Usually this means your item is out of stock but has been re-ordered. During checkout, you have the option to instruct us on how to proceed if your item is backordered. You have the option to choose "Send me item(s) as it becomes available", "Contact you to find alternative size and/or color" or "Cancel the item and send remaining item(s)".
